Leave us a message with an exact description of the item you have lost, telling us the time and the route you took as well as your contact details. If we have found your item, we will be in touch to return it to you upon proof of your identity.
For routes connecting with Caen,
lost property is returned at Caen bus station.

Opening times for collecting lost property at Caen bus station:
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 10am and 3pm - 6.30pm (except Wednesday afternoons)
Some form of identification is requested when collecting property, or failing that a document with the name and address of the person coming to collect the item. When collecting mobile phones, the PIN number and the charger if necessary will be requested.
