• All travel tickets must be validated each time you board Bus Verts vehicles and the Twisto buses/tramway.
• Animals are not allowed on board, only guide dogs for the blind and disabled and small, harmless animals kept in a basket or travel cage.
• Bus Verts travel tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Passengers can obtain a copy of the operating rules by requesting them in writing.
